Overview
Little Haven is exactly that! A little sanctuary where you can relax and unwind. You can lie in bed and listen to the waves as it's just a stones throw from Porthminster Beach. It also has the advantage of allocated parking just a few minutes away.
Refurbished to a high standard, it has one bedroom with sea views and a view back across the harbour, a king size bed with high quality mattress and lovely soft Egyptian bed linen to help you get a good nights sleep. The bedroom also has a wardrobe with shelving, beside tables and a small wardrobe.
The living space is a lovely bright room with views out to sea. There is a 3 seater sofa and foot stool and a high table and stools so you can sip your morning tea or coffee whilst gazing out across the bay, it’s the perfect way to start the day! There is a wall mounted smart TV and Sonos bluetooth speaker so you can connect your own device. The kitchen area is fully equipped, there is an oven with grill and 4 gas ring hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge and coffee machine.
The bathroom contains a bright white suite with white tiles, a deep bath with powerful shower over.
Little Haven is dog friendly and we welcome one well behaved dog for no extra charge.

Little Haven has a reserved parking space in the train station which is less than 5 minutes walk away
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE
Little Haven is not best suited to those who are less mobile as it’s up a short relatively steep hill and it’s on the second floor and there is no lift, but once inside you get the benefit of the sea views. For those driving the access road is narrow and steep so you have to proceed with care and unusually large or tall vehicles may not be able to access. Normal cars or 4 x4 s are fine.
Check in is from 4pm and check out is 10.00 am
Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere inside and you should not leave a dog unattended if it barks or may be destructive. We don't charge extra for bringing a dog unlike many places all we ask is that you bring a cover for the sofa
