A bit more about The Little Loft
Overview
The Little Loft is a cute, contemporary apartment up a quiet back street in the heart of St Ives. It was completely renovated in 2019 and now has a modern feel whilst retaining touches of its original EdwardIan charm. The Little Loft is about 5 minutes to Porthmeor Beach and the harbour area as well as being just a few minutes from Fore Street, a pretty cobbled street with lots of independent shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a large bedroom a king size bed, a high quality award winning Emma mattress and lovely soft Egyptian bed linen to help you get a good nights sleep. The bedroom also has a large wall mounted 4K Ultra HD Smart TV and a built in wardrobe along with plenty of cupboard storage.
There is small shower room off the bedroom, with large overhead powerful shower and separate movable shower head, white WC and a small sink.
The living space is a lovely bright room with views out across the rooftops and a little glimpse of the sea. There is a 2 seater sofa and a high table with stools. . There is a wall mounted 4K Ultra HD smart TV above the space that was once the fireplace. The kitchen area is fully equipped, there is an oven with grill, microwave, kettle, toaster and fridge.
The Little Loft is dog friendly and we welcome ONE well behaved dog for no extra charge. Good quality wifi is also provided for free.
The nearest paid parking is at Barnoon Long Stay car par which is about a 2 minute walk away
The train station is just over ten minutes walk away
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE
The Little Loft may not be suited to those who are less mobile as from Fore Street and the harbour area it’s up a short but very steep hill and it’s accessed by one short flight external stairs with no lift.
Check in is from 4pm although if its ready earlier we will message you on the day and check out is 9.30 am
Smoking and vaping is not permitted anywhere inside and you should not leave a dog unattended if it barks or may be destructive
